In 2018, Shot4you is a mobile prototype designed for travelers and patients who need travel vaccine records for Medical screening at the airport or International Travel Immunization Document.
They can simply check vaccine records out and prove their records within a seconds. You can find the best vaccine clinic within your area with reasonable budget.Most importantly, it is worked by user consent and it will save you a lot of time to deal with clinics and doctors.
TARGET
Target User: 10 -70 age range.
Reason: Vaccination history records for transparency and friendliness.
We understand you are busy enough to keep up with your daily life and hard to managing all the vaccine records for your family is hard.
We should let people know how to keep track of their immunization records easily and share it with third parties without any privacy concerns.
This is why we need a vaccine history for our safe community.
However, every single vaccine document from childhood is not currently transferable in online. Giving people accessibility of information and finding the solution on their own matters.
HYPOTHESIS
We believe that by getting the travel vaccine records feature for global users, we will achieve saving time and money. Creating a design solution for managing immunization and personal data will people give flexibility and peace of mind. How might we ensure that users can search for vaccine information safely and quickly?
The original premise was simple: Upload your insurance card and vaccine records, tap a button, get an approval. If you need clinic service, find a doctor and solve the problem.
My high-level goals were to :
1. We make it fast and easy to use for everyone, anywhere in the world.
2. We can give travelers more control over their vaccination documents.
3. We can create a platform for innovation and deeper user engagement.
4. How might we provide users with real-time information on global traveling conditions?
WHAT IS CHALLENGE?
I found out that doctors and nurses were getting frustrated with the travel vaccine records problem when they deal with patients or travelers.
My goal for the project was to develop the early stage of Shot4you.

Not only the doctor but also school and people were worried about the same world travel situation. International students and people from New York who experienced moving a lot shared their frustration related to vaccine documentation experience with me.

The welcome screens empathize with the user by showing the common patient in daily life. This application can upload form and insurance information to help you evaluate your vaccine documentation and support health care providers, forms, vaccine information statements, clinic information, and GPS.
VACCINE INFORMATION AND SUPPORT OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS
We understand that you are not familiar with medical terms. You can search up-to-date screening checklists from the vaccine search menu and obtain consent for the immunization for travel. Every section of the app is reachable, with keywords from the menu.
In an age where everything is time-demading, Shot4you gives your time back by making documentation easy and fast, effortless and calm. Shot4you makes sensible decisions for you, informing you in ways that are understandable and actionable from the third party.

Every section of the app is searchable, with edit menu and details.
We understand vaccination information is really important and you don't want to miss before the last minutes.
World traveler-friendly instructions and recommendations for your vaccine help you better understand and identify what you need and where you can find that service in your area within your budget. No more waste of time and money
Here is the process of this application.
1. You will select a doctor and then fill out personal information
1-1. You can reload your insurance card automatically, so you can get a covered price within your budget.
2. We will let you know general guidelines for summarised information and tablets, so you can avoid certain situations.
3.Your final confirmation matters

You can upload a new insurance card anytime, anywhere.
ALWAYS MAKE IT EASY
One of the frustrations for the government application was it was way too difficult to understand every single process and find information from there.
They have some nice information but user interaction was really bad and the old website doesn't follow all the information that we need.
Apple Health application and i blue button (Health application) also doesn't cover traveler vaccination feature, so you have to find this information on your own.
We make it easy for you, you can see their services and address and schedule.

When shot4you App isn't sure about your current needed vaccine, you'll be prompted to help.
Over time, Shot4you will learn more about you and your city, so your Doctor will always start in the right place and will be ready to connect you.

It is important to understand the different factors that may influence the patient and the need for documentation. However, we all would like to save time and money.
You can even pay your prescription in the application and save receipt automatically for your proof.
Outcomes and Achievements
The UX Study, research and prototype were released. Thanks to the user research from medical field professionals, I can grasp the problem of the current application and what will be my challenge for future applications. we’re not designing for ourselves; we’re designing for our users. Being able to carefully address the problems our users face keeps us focused on what our users really need. The more specific we can be in defining the problem, the more efficient we can be in designing a solution.
Built to validate a customer idea, the prototype eventually helped the patients and doctors to find easy access for their document history.
The Final Prototype
A high-prototype was developed. It is hard to update every country's vaccination information. Also, we need to collaborate with government departments and clinics who target for the international traveler.
